ABOUT GRACE

Let’s Reach Your Goals Together

I work with women who are ready for more than just surviving women rebuilding after a defining loss or life-altering transition who want to reconnect with themselves, rediscover purpose, and create a life that feels whole again.

I know the courage it takes to begin again, to imagine a future that feels meaningful after the kind of loss that changes everything, because I’ve walked this path too.

You’ve already moved through what once felt impossible. You rebuilt your world, created stability for your family, and carried so much with strength and grace.

Now that life feels steadier, you may feel something new rising within you. A quiet pull toward growth, alignment, and a deeper sense of self.

I support women who are stepping into this next season with intention. Many are mothers balancing career and family; others are navigating new independence. What connects them is the desire to live with clarity, purpose, and joy, not just resilience.

You might relate if:

  • You’ve spent years holding everything together and are ready to focus on yourself again.

  • You want to make decisions with confidence, not guilt or self-doubt.

  • You crave space to think, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most.

  • You sense there is more for you, and you’re ready to explore it.

This work is for you if you are ready to rediscover your voice, trust your instincts, and build a life that reflects who you are becoming.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. I’ll help you find clarity and confidence as you step into who you’re becoming, one grounded, grace-filled step at a time.

My Story

After losing my husband, I did what many widows do. I kept going. I threw myself into my children, my career, and anything that might help us thrive, not just survive. There was no real option to stop: the bills, the insurance, the school schedule, the appointments, the endless details of daily life all depended on me now. So I did what needed to be done, and then some, telling myself that if I just kept moving, life would eventually be on my side again.

On the outside, it looked like I had everything under control. But underneath it, I found myself quietly wondering if I would ever get to relax again, if life would ever slow down, if I could ever share the weight instead of always being the one carrying it.

For years, I measured progress by how much I could handle. It wasn’t until I slowed down and gave myself permission to pause that I understood something different: clarity doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from alignment, quieting the noise, listening, and trusting what’s true for you. That work showed me something clearly. The strengths that had carried me through survival — control, independence, constant motion, duty — weren’t the ones that would help me build the life I actually wanted next. They’d done their job. It was time for something else to lead.

I’ve since seen the same pattern in woman after woman I coach. Whatever got you through your loss, your divorce, your burnout, isn’t the same thing that will carry you into the life you’re building next. My coaching helps you meet what got you here with compassion, then consciously choose what’s ready to lead now, so you can create a life defined by clarity, courage, and connection, instead of just survival.

As a senior leader in a Big Four professional services firm, I spent years helping teams navigate change with clarity and purpose. That experience taught me how to guide transformation with both structure and empathy, a balance I now bring to my coaching practice.

Today, as an ICF-certified and trauma-informed coach, I help women move from simply managing life to living it with confidence, trust, and renewed joy.

"Coaching with Grace has been transformational. When I started, I was seeking clarity about my next chapter and how to move forward with purpose. Grace helped me reflect on my experiences and reconnect with what truly matters. As a result, I feel more grounded, hopeful, and intentional about the life I’m creating."

"Grace was an excellent coach. I was often surprised by the insights that surfaced and the progress we made together, especially as someone who had never worked with a coach before. Her gentle questions and thoughtful reflections helped me uncover clarity and a renewed sense of direction."

"Throughout our sessions, Grace was fantastic. She listened deeply and helped me see things from a new perspective. Grace created a safe and supportive space where I could freely share my thoughts and feelings. She guided me to take meaningful steps forward and helped me rebuild my confidence. I’m genuinely grateful for her compassion and encouragement."

A Few Things I Believe

Wholeness isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about becoming something beautiful through it.

Sometimes slowing down is the only way to move forward.

Lasting joy is an inside job, built in the ordinary moments no one else sees.

A Few Things I Love

My morning matcha and the thirty quiet minutes I give myself before the day really starts.

Seeing what’s beautiful in someone before they can even see it in themselves.

Watching my twin daughters grow into kind, curious young women.

My Superpower

Seeing possibility in the midst of pain, and helping others do the same.
